We’re always up for a challenge & something a little crazy! 🌪🌪🌪 Looked at our route for the day and we were passing 3 National Parks before getting to our destination for the day! Yup…. we stopped off first at Walnut Canyon NP, attempted Island Trail 0.9 mile loop which had 185 foot climb….240 steps with sheer drops to 25 cliff dwelling rooms … But we went till we were huffing & puffing & turned back! 🤦🏻♀️ This area drawn by the water in Walnut Creek is where Puebloan people built their homes above and below the canyon rim. Then off to Sunset Crater Volcano NP! 🌋 Yup we did go to another volcano! Read about the area in 4 days! 😱 8,039 ft Volcano erupted 1100 AD. We were very surprised to see this yet alone to walk the trail to see where the lava flow was. Then only 18 miles away we just had to check out Wupatki National Monument! This area protects ancient dwellings of puebloan people.. 56 square miles of dry, rugged land! Then our 4th and final NP the Grand Canyon! Entrance reminded me of Disney World…. 5 entry lanes! Got Ruby all set up and Elk all over! Took our E-bikes out to explore the area. Walked to visitor center, along the rim trail and to Mather Point. The temperature was dropping fast for the ranger told us it’s expected to get down to 30* tonight! Yikes that’s to cold for us Floridians! ❄️🥶 It’s happy hour time! 🍷🥃 (241 miles today).

4 in1? No surprise!
