Can you say hot day? 🌞🌞🌞 Up early for it was moving day! Today’s breakfast was grilled sunny side up eggs, bacon, and avocado about 8:30. Matthew and Barley packed up and headed back to West Palm about 9:10am. Since we had a buddy site we had to move 4 sites over at 9:20! All setup for another 2 days. Now at site 142 (Oasis).
🥰 Its Diet Coke time! 🥤 Tim & I then enjoyed our day wondering the St Augustine Outlet Mall! Tim scored big at Tommy Bahama, Sperry, and even at Brooks Brothers where he scored a white dress shirt for our son’s wedding! Back to the camper for lunch and got ready to leave again by 3pm.
We drove to Silver Springs to have dinner with our son Daniel & Lauren. What a fun afternoon/evening with the kids! They spoiled us with a charcuterie board, wine, & Lavender Daiquiris! Then grilled pork chops, zucchini & yellow squash! What an amazing dinner! Before we knew it, it was time to say goodnight. 😢 We got back to our RV around 10:30pm and relaxed awhile in front of a cozy 🔥. (170 miles traveled today).
Wednesday– 🥰 Slept in and had a relaxing morning sitting outside drinking our coffee & tea! Packed up the outside and started the cleaning inside. 🤦🏻♀️ Tim was graving a pizza, so we drove close by to DeLeon’s Pizza by Epic Theater. Disappointed ☹️ First off?….only Pepsi products then the pizza was only so so! Not the greasy Pizza Hut he was drooling for! 🍕 😱 Luckily for me there was a McDonald’s in the same plaza! 😊 Happy camper with her Diet Coke.🥤 Back to the RV for a little rest/ nap.
3:15pm ~ We headed up to our son’s house. John & Tanner left for Baseball ⚾️ practice, while we went to Jensen’s soccer ⚽️ practice. He was exhausted for he has moved up to the U-10 division, playing on the full field! Then we all met at a middle school football game, where Mackenzie’s middle school dance team was performing on the sidelines and at half time! Oh my! They performed to a Taylor Swift song! It’s been a very long time since we’ve been to a middle school event let alone this was our first middle school football game ever! 😂 What a proud night for these grandparents.💞 We got back to their house and it was time to say good night!😘😴 They all had work and school in the morning and we needed to pack up and hit the road in the morning. Never easy! We got back to the campground about 10pm and we had one last drink to cheers our wonderful adventure and our week with our family! This is why we love to travel! Making beautiful memories with all that we love. ❤️
