So in August 2020 we did something crazy! We ordered a new travel trailer! In 40years, our very first, brand new camper! When we got the call that it was built and ready for pick up, we packed our supplies and suitcase and left Florida on December 9th! We drove 13 hours to Wytheville, Va. for our first night! Oh were we surprised when we got out of the truck to a windy, cold 26* out! The next morning we drove to Lakeview, Ohio to RV Wholesalers to pick up “Ruby”! We named our trailer since this was our gift to each other for our 40th anniversary! What an adventure!

Staying night back in Wytheville, Va.

Drove to Virginia and stayed at hotel since there were no campgrounds open in Ohio or Virginia! Who knew! LOL

First time camping in our new camper in Savannah, Ga at Creek Fire campground! Lots of organizing to do but first we tried out our new griddle and enjoyed the evening!
